Wow, this does sound good. I ordered my book today. Tired of trying to get it in bookstores to no luck.
I am collecting recipes and waiting for the book.

wow that sounds really good. I can't wait to get my book so I can tell better between the fully LDL approved ingredients and more special occassion semi-approved ones.

Jim and MarySimmons, We've raised a variety of flour corn which grinds into a nice corn flour. We also have our own maple syrup that we produce. I'm wondering if these might be ok made with flour corn flour and perhaps maple syrup rather than splenda which is made from sugar. Any thoughts are appreciated. Eljayne
