Let's Do Lunch Community

Our LDL friend Phyllis needs your prayers. I rushed her to the emergency room Saturday evening. She had lost consciousness and was in and out of consciousness for over an hour. They have ran several tests trying to determine the cause. She even passed out twice during one of the tests. They are thinking that her carcinoid syndrome might be returning. Tests should tell us what's causing the problem.

Praying that Phyllis will be back to normal ASAP.  Pam

So far the Dr's have not found any new tumors. Tests show that she has vasodepressor syndrome. It's a condition that does not allow adequate blood flow to the brain and results in her going unconscious. The good news is that this condition can be controlled with medicines.

Phyllis will be dismissed from the hospital today. I'll be taking her to her house & staying with her for several days to make sure she doesn't have any more episodes with this.
