Hello Mr. Roger, Sir..I wanted your input, what foods do you recommend me to start eating first to start? I am not a big breakfast eater, I have 2 cups of coffee..and sometimes eggs cooked in olive oil..or I boil them, is this Good to eat? Willa-willie226
