did you eliminate all grains, potatoes cold turkey?
did you ease in or jump into LDL cold turkey when you eliminated all grains,potatoes?

I didn't and still don't eat grains. I introduced potatoes when Roger did his potato experiment. I have a baked potato very rarely any more. They made me hungry for more potatoes!!!
