just curious what others eat typically everyday.my meal plan stays the same except for varying the wide variety of vegetables i eat in abundance daily. i am a vegan so the beans are fantastic for me!!
Breakfast:fruit and mixed greens,chopped cucumber in a bowl with cinnamon on top
Lunch: huge salad with chickpeas on top
Dinner: steamed veg,raw vegetables with air popped popcorn and/or corn thins.
i love this way of eating and it keeps me lean and energized.vegan LDL is pretty easy,cheap and satisfying

Thanks for sharing. I usually have fruit or fruit and veggie smoothies for bkf. and soups and salads for lunch, then popcorn and fruit or salads for dinner. I especially like split pea soup with popcorn. I sprinkle it on top, a little at a time. Life is good.
