turkey sausage?

Is turkey sausage LDL approved? It is a lot less fattening than most sausages, but it still has 5 grams of fat.

Turkey sausage is definitely approved. Problem is the prepackaged stuff is full of additives.
Some have MSG and HFCS. There are recipes on the boards for making your own, but if time is a factor, then look for the turkey sausage that has the least additives.
