YAY!  i have a friend who just found out she needs to be on a GF diet.  i was going to ask this before i was down her throat about LDL..hehe  ;D  thank you Mary!

If you eliminate wheat, rice and oats, you are even better than gluten free. Pure LDL is the best gluten-free plan I have seen. Some gluten-free foods just try to mimic all the familiar processed food by making them gluten free. Shelfs of gluten free pasta, breads, cookies, cake and brownie mixes, etc, etc, etc.
Her doctor will be amazed that the gluten-free diet he prescribed worked so well. Arm her with the new red book to give the doc when he asks why she did so much better than other patients!
