Campbells tomato soup question

I saw in the book that Campbells tomato soup (with skim milk or water) is acceptable.  However, the label says it has fructose and some kind of flour in it.  Is this okay?

filling is an understatement Roger...I make this soup about three times a week and each time i do I am doing good to finish a large bowl. it is definitely "stick to your ribs" kind of good.

The kids just love it and really enjoy how thick and creamy it is. I have added steamed veggies ( California blend ) to it as a bonus or just eat a bowl of the veggies on the side while i chug down the soup.

ok now I am hungry...gotta go !
