Food is the substance most abused for stress and anxiety, and exercise is the most underused antidepressant. When you eat right and exercise you have a sense of well being. Trust in God and His divine power gives you peace that passes understanding. Life is good. Thank you Roger for sharing this wonderful program with us and for maintaining this website.

I have been in Alaska 1 1/2 weeks and haven't been swimming as I usually do 3-5 times a week. I really feel it and am feeling more stress. I need to get to a pool!! I feel like a fish out of water.

just like the swimming for golf topic, if you do loads of it then it will have an effect but unfortunately most people play once and do nothing else to burn calories during the week.

the only way golf is good for weight loss is if you play everyday and eat well.


