Are these LDL Friendly

I picked up a box of Special K Popcorn Chips......... I have to say they are pretty good if you are wanting crunch.........
BUT the ingredients with the ose or ate on the end have me worried :)
Nutritional Info
20 chips = 80 calories

Ingredients:
Milled corn
Vegetable oil
Salt
Corn germ
Natural and artificial flavor
Maltodextrin
Palm oil
Dextrose
Butter
Milk ingredients
Disodium inosinate
Disodium guanylate

Sorry hon but they are not even close to being LDL friendly.

Chippins makes a delicious popcorn chip that is only pressed popcorn, oil and salt.
But warning, warning, Will Robinson, they are addictive and not conducive to weight loss.
Chewy's suggestion of air-popped popcorn (sprayed with coconut oil and a little Himalayan salt) is a better choice.
