why are Wasa crackers ok but not brown rice cakes?

just curious to know why plain unsalted 100% whole grain brown rice cakes are not allowed but WASA crackers are?

Check the ingredients of your rice cakes. If the ingredients are similar to corn thins or rye crisps, then try it. If it stirs up cravungs or causes weight stall or gain, then leave them out.
I have found rice to have a higher glycemic index and can couse a reactive drop in blood sugar which then is followed by a feeding frenzie.
