Yesterday was my 3 year anniversary and I didn't realize it. I was at my friend's house and had a melt down involving some Halloween candy. Today I am recommitting to LDL and pray for new zeal and energy to move my life forward instead of back sliding. Are there others out there that want to join me. Life passes quickly, cherish the moments.

I'm still here. I'm slowly loosing the weight I gained back.
