it is such a handy food-air popped popcorn to make fast and have alongside a raw vegetables and salsa plate. enjoying my LDLmeals.have you had your popcorn today?

I think I will start eating 2 cups with each meal, instead of 6 cups in front of the TV. I have been on a serial binge and going to places on the scale where I don't want to be. over eating and over filled. I am going to a Christmas party tonight with the family. God help me!!
