Do you recommend Agave Nectar on LDL?

It is a refined sugar and very sweet also natural like honey, but should only be used occasionally in small amounts. Better to eat as much sweet fruit as Roger says and the fruit will satisfy your cravings. I recently went to a birthday party and discovered, I no longer like cake!! Give me frozen grapes, sweet cherries, pineapple and mangos any day. Cravings for bread are usually met by eating beans, rye crisps, corn thins and popcorn. Life is sweet and I have more energy to enjoy it even at age 73. :D :D
