Question for Roger-no nuts .seeds ever right?

am i right that no nuts/seeds are required on LDL?i hate all nuts/seeds,avocado,oils .basically i hate fatty foods.i don't have to eat them at all correct? i just wanted to confirm with you. i love your LDL book
