hi roger, i am interested in to hear what a typical day of eating is for you. what are your favourite meals/foods?

I have tried some of the recipes in the red book, but I have yet to try the pizza soup! It sounds really good!

I like the fact that the recipes there have to pass the ''test'' in order to be included in the book.

Roger, do you ever have plans to update the book or to get another magazine article out published? I would really like to see more people doing LDL. Many still have not even heard of this wonderful WOE.

Thanks Roger. I am so sorry about your mom passing on and your puppy becoming ill. We would certainly miss you if you were to leave the LDL forum, and we hope you don't, but we would understand. Is Little Mary still an administrator? Since the posting dates have been removed I can't tell who posted when.

I truly pray that 2017 will prove to be a good year for you and Neets!
