Hey all I'm new to this and I'm
A pro bodybuilder now retired but just want to maintain a healthy happy weight not necessarily lose any weight. But I can't see myself not exercising. Does anyone customize this program so that they can eat properly around workouts?
What I really like is the ease of planning what to eat and when and less cooking and prep and counting calories, plus eating to satiety
Any fitness fanatics or bodybuilders?

hi , i am a fitness fanatic and exercise daily -cardio is my thing. i am a vegan LDL girl so lots of vegetables,beans and fruit for me.no nuts or seeds ,oils etc. just beans,vegetables and fruit .i am energized!i am also 5"3 and 103 pounds

That's great I'm not vegan but can't do beans or legumes...I just wanted to try to work the diet and get enough proteins and fats
