popcorn sunday!

who here is going to have some air popped popcorn today?everyday is a popcorn day for this gal!

I am up for it and want to try some different seasonings. Also I got some nutritional yeast to try with other seasoning.

Not quite butter popcorn:
2 Tbs. McKays chicken-style seasoning
2 Tbs. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
minced dried parsley

Time to get the air popper put! Life is popping.

I am going to make some popcorn for the road trip tomorrow. I am driving to Tulsa for a youth federation meeting. I will take fruit and soup with me. I guess it will be popcorn Thursday for this gal. Life is poppin!

The youth federation meeting was great. I did stay away from the unhealthy dessert an bread. I just ate fruit and veggies liberally. Then last weekend I went to a women's ministry seminar that was fantastic!! Again I ate an abundance of non-processed food. I did not gain any weight on either weekend. Life is good.
