How do you get through holiday and weekend food overload parties? I was doing great but got sucked in again and have to lose the same 5 lbs. to get back to where I was when I only had 30 lbs. to lose :-o

Time to refocus!! Is there anybody out there?

Thank you so much Roger and Neets. I watched a youtube last nite and they said you have to want it more than you want to eat. It requires sacrifice I am so spoiled! I am enjoying the fruit because it won't be available in the winter. Life is good!
