beans as primary starch

beans as primary starch
would you say that beans are the primary starch to eat daily and then only popcorn/corn thins if you want them?do most of you only eat beans as your starch?

Bean are the perfect carb! When you subtract the fiber and protein from the total carbs, you get the net carbs. Eating beans and corn make a complete protein so enjoy beans with popcorn, corn thins and light rye crisps. With a variety of beans, I never get bored.
