Wow the last post was 2013! Still love the mixed veggies. They are so quick and easy and fill me up completely. Also I got some Shirataki spaghetti from Walmart. It has 15 calories per serving and at last I can enjoy pasta. It does not trigger craving either. I can use it in Italian recipes or Asian noodle recipes like Lo Mein. I am planning on a long vacation, 6 weeks. Life is good Y'all.
