Corn Starch

How do you use corn starch on let’s do lunch? Does anyone make gravies ect?

I have sprinkled well-seasoned corn starch over raw skinless chicken breast pieces and sautéed chicken in EVOO until crispy. Corn starch gives the chicken an extra crunch. Yum!

I now think that coconut oil gives the best result when coating skinless chicken breasts with cornstarch. Tastes better!The main thing is to coat chicken lightly with cornstarch and to use as little oil as possible in a non-stick pan to achieve crispness.
