I am new to LDL again . I would like to know
if Walden Farms dressing are allowed on LDL ?

I think the Walden Farm Dressings would be suitable for LDL salads and such for weight loss, but they are filled with chemicals and often taste bad. Your best bet would be making your own dressing using EVOO, apple cider vinegar and seasonings. Not only is this preferable regarding taste, but much healthier. Just don't drench your salads. A little goes a long way!
