I just read Lets Do Lunch yesterday after purchasing the book. I have a question regarding fruit. On page 54, it says "do not eat fruit between daytime meals" but in other sections of the book, there seems to be mention about eating fruit when hungry between meals (references to taking coolers to work packed with fruit, or keeping a fruit salad in the fridge for satisfying a sweet tooth, fruit suggestions for evening snacks, etc.)
Can you please clarify the guidelines for fruit consumption? Thank you.
fruit as snacks?
