First off, hi! I'm new here, bought the "Let's Do Lunch" book after seeing an interview on the news here in Dallas.
I've been loosely following the diet for a week now, and have lost 3 pounds.
My question is this:
Would fish, such as a grilled tilapia filet, be detrimental if served with a no-dressing salad for dinner? Is this considered a protein that would take too long to digest at night?
