Neet's meatloaf
Hello all - I am fairly new to let's do lunch and I decided this week was my week to make one of Roger's recipes. However I got all of the ingrediants from the store and when I got home I realized the recipe called for 1/4 cup of fructose. I know that fructose is an ingrediant, but does anyone know what I should use for a 1/4 cup of it?

Re: Neet's meatloaf
Hi Shaken,
What recipe are you reading? my recipe for Neet's meatloaf calls for 2 tsp. of stevia....no fructose,
I would say you could also substitute splenda for fructose.
I hope this helps. I am glad to meet you
G-d bless you
