Hello,
I am on day 2 of LDL and I have some questions. Can you use V-8 Fusion juice in smoothies? According to the label there is no added sugar but I am concerned as there is sweet potatoe juice along with other juices. Is that OK? Previous posts from 2006 were not clear on this point.
