Lunch Ideas For Eating Out

I am very new to the program and need some good input on how to eat out and stay on program. I do a morning water aerobics class everday and run my errands afterwards. Lots of time it is 1:00-2:00 before I come home and I am famished. I have always hated to stop at fast food places, because they seem to be full of things I know will trigger me. Does anyone have any good suggestions. I am trying to keep my LDL foods ready at home when I come in, but sometimes I am REALLY hungry. Gwen gave me some great ideas for starting my morning. Any ideas for my lunches out?
