Hello Fellow LDLers
I have some questions regarding some foods and if they are OK to eat.
1. Tostitos baked corn chips?
2. Blue tortilla chips?
2. Tribe Hummus?
3. Fava bean/garbanzo bean flour by Red Mill? Mix with popcorn flour for pancakes?
4. Erythritol sugar substitute?
I found corn thins at Wegmans 2.49 a bag. Yeah!
I also found a Stevia sweetened stick drink for my water bottles. I about did a flip in the aisle. They are called Zingers to go by Celestial Seasonings. I bought Blueberry splash green tea and Wild berry chill herb tea 2.99 for 10 packets.
I like a flavored drink but I am not big on Aspartame or Splenda. Infact I avoid if at all possible. 1-800-351-8175 for Celestial Seasonings to find these in your area.
Thanks for your support and advice.

According to my Truvia box, Erythritol is a natural sweetener, produced by a natural process, and is also found in fruits like grapes and pears. It is the first ingredient in Truvia, before the rebiana (stevia leaf extract).
