Is it ok to drink a small 8 oz glass of milk at lunchtime? Skim Milk? Of all the things I thought I would miss milk is one of them. I crave that no matter what I am doing?
Help? Thoughts?

Roger What are corn thins&where do I get them?I'm new still can't wait to get the book. Also I return to Canada at the end of May can I get them there/
