Bill's Mashed Potatoes
Hello LDL family. I would like to make Bill's Mashed Potatoes. Does any one know where I can buy Shedd's Willow Run Soy Margarine or If I could use something in its place?

I make these with a bit of OO, garlic, sea salt, pepper, and chicken broth...don't really need the margarine.

Just reinforcing what V said ... ICBINB & Smart Balance both come in Light and Regular. Use the light, please, if you even need it.
Please DO taste the betatos first to see if you even need the margarine. I don't enjoy the artificial buttery flavor anymore. I'm spoiled to EVOO and use it almost exclusively if I really need to add oil to a recipe.
