Hi, I'm new too! I started Tuesday after seeing Roger on TV. I've been eating only fruit in the morning, all I want! At lunch I've had, chicken with a salad, then had some fruit, I've had chili made with very lean ground beef and beans and salsa (all I could eat). For dinner I have either all the fruit I want and then the wonderful popcorn (that really satisfies me and you can put "I can't believe it's not butter" spray on it or olive oil spray if you like). I ordered my book on Monday and got it today from Barnes & Noble! I have already lost about 3 pounds! You can do it too! God Bless you! Marlena

Mary, I am a "newbie"! I saw Roger on Direct TV on the Harvest Show and went directly to my computer to order LDL. I checked Amazon today and it will be here the 29th. I have enjoyed reading all of the messages. Since I did not see all of the TV program I have been searching like crazy for any information I can find. I believe I have got the point on what not to eat but am still unsure of what to eat and when. I can hardly wait for this book to arrive. I need to lose 40 lbs. I have tried them all as we all have. I am a member of Curves For Women and go 3 times a week. Their diets just don't work for me. I am Diabetic ( under control) my doctor attends my church. I get soooo hungry! I believe that this new way of eating will help me with that problem. I thank you and God for listening to me. I am not a computer "geek" so it has taken me a while to get signed on here. I will keep looking at the message board, Delta
