I went to the grocery today and was overwhelmed with all the fruit juices. I ended up getting apple juice (to make smoothies) and the only two ingredients listed were water and concentrated apple juice. However on the nutritional label it had 26g sugar listed. Is this the right one? It says 100% juice on the bottle. Also, what can you add to make the smoothies "smoother" if you don't like bananas? Thanks!
