Corn Nuggets

Post by marthasued »

I cant find soynuts but found this product at Dollar General called Toasted & Salted Corn Nuggets.  The ingredients list corn, sunflower oil and salt.  Is this safe and approved?  Its kinda like eating a salted nut.  Not to bad.

if they're what i think they are, stay away from them.....they're high in fat and are processed enough to give anyone a problem..i know...too bad...they taste pretty good....don't worry about it if you can't find soynuts.....i never liked soynuts much anyway...popcorn is so much better..............

Thanks niki,  actually they only have 1.5g of fat per 1/3 cup serving.  I do like popcorn just trying to add a variety to my diet so I don't burnout on one thing.  Also what says "processed".  Maybe I need to do a word search or something to guide me.  Not familer with the term.
