question about ground chicken
i have never heard of ground chicken..could you use turkey instead. in my experience on my other forums sometimes dif states have and don't have certain things...kwim?! or that may not be as common.

You can use ground turkey breast...not ground turkey. That usually has dark, fatty parts mixed in. A lot of us grind our own chicken from breasts. It's cheaper and we know what we're getting. Good questions!

Just wanted to add my encouragement to grind your own chicken breast...it is soooo quick to do and really saves a LOT of money and you KNOW what you're grinding in there.
