Please help me !!!

I just received my book today and since I am at work i have not had a chance to read it yet! I am dying can someone please tell me other drinks to drink?? I drink water with lemon, fruit,iced tea?? Is this it?? I do have juice in my smoothies in the a.m. but I am talking through out the day? Any help would be apreciated  :thumbsup:

you can make homemade lemonade, only instead of sugar, use stevia or splenda to sweeten it, also hot tea, and diet green tea, or make your own green tea or green iced tea, all the water you can drink, and if you like it flavoured with lemon, you may also like it flavoured with a slice of orange or lime.

yesterday I posted a recipe for strawberry lemonade....its so good!  It's posted under drinks...

Roger Troy says to use dairy products as little as possible because he believes even fat free dairy is fattening.  If you need milk in your occasional Shredded Wheat use as little as possible.

It makes Roger crazy, but my arthritis doctor makes me drink skim milk because of my bone and joint issues.  I'm not absorbing the calcium supplements for some reason.  I also get a lot of calcium from dark green vegetables and beans.  

I know this doesn't answer the what can I drink question.  We need to stay away from a lot of commercially sweetened beverages.  Even artificial sweeteners can trick your body into thinking it's getting sugar.  There are all kinds of ways to flavor teas, water & seltzer to make it more interesting.  Check around the boards when you have time.  There are many ideas.
