Thanks Trinity! (I love that name!!) I think the reason it is ok to have it in the soup is because it is a small amount in a big recipe that you don't eat all at once. But popcorn is something that you eat all the time. I don't know for sure but that seems like a good theory. Some masters can let me know for sure.

Thanks, Gwen, for your suggestions.  I already have had 2 bottles of Splenda & Cinnamon (1 in my kitchen and 1 at the table.)  I'll have to try the other suggestions.  I do use Sea Salt.  I get the grinder one from the grocery store.
