POPCORN

Can anyone tell me how much popcorn is allowed daily? This newbie loves popcorn, but don't want to over do while waiting for my book. Thanks,

The answer depends upon how your popcorn is made.
*microwaved in a brown paper bag with no oil or air-popped with no butter, lightly sprayed with EVOO
-unlimited, as much as you want.
*Store-bought microwave bags (Orville Reddenbacher 96%fat-free)
-I'd follow the serving sizes on this.
*Other types of high-fat popcorn
-stay away from this.
