Hi there
I am a terrible nibbler, I work at two different jobs,6 to 7 days a week. I very rarely get regular meal times. I've been nibbling on soy nuts, raisins, grapes and corn thins between meals. I'm not really hungry but don't know how to stop myself. Is this going to do me any harm? Eileen

Re: nibbling
Thanks Mary. I had the same issue. I'm starving right now, but not really. I think I just want to eat something. I love grapes, especially frozen!

Re: nibbling
I am a nibbler too, I need to stop with the corn thins because they are not really filling and I know it but I often grab one or two when I am in the kitchen. Luckily I like apples and pears alot and they are quick so I do try and grab and slice one whenever I feel the need to snack.
