Is unsweetened kool aid ok??  I use it to make popsicles with.

1 pkg jello (no sugar)
1 pkg kool aid
2 cups boiling water
cold water to make 2 litres    They are very good

WELL FOR SOME WHO IS TRYING TO GET RID OF A SWEET TOOTH, IT MAY BE A PROBLEM, BUT I DRINK SUGARFREE KOOL-AID BY THE GALLONS AND I STILL LOSE WEIGHT. TTYL NEEDWIFE  :thumbsup:

it doesn't cause cravings in everyone.....in that respect, you're fine...just be careful because it's a pretty proven fact that it's NOT healthy for you....maybe you'll come to the point that you won't really NEED to drink it and you'll cut down on it....i used to drink crystal light lemonade and iced tea ALL THE TIME........i stopped when i read about how bad it is for you....i still on and off drink coke zero....love it.........so, noone's saying you can't or you shouldn't......just be careful and if down to road you're able to cut down, try to...........

Why is Crystal Light bad for you--I can't drink anything sweet anymore so it's not a big deal, but is it bad?
