Rhubarb
Is rhubarb OK. I like to cook a little and put strawberries with it. I sweeten it with splenda.

Re: Rhubarb
Rhubarb is wonderful on LDL. I wish I had a hill of rhubard in my back yard!! As a girl I ate all I wanted right out of the patch. Wonderful memories!

Re: Rhubarb
I loved the strawberry rubarb type. I'd pick it as soon as it was big enough to eat any dad would holler at me to get out of his rubarb patch.
My mom cooks the rubard down for my dad and runs it through a strainer to make juice. He can't get enough of the stuff and I can't get any. Dad says if I come up for a visit he might share some with me.
