Hi,  I live in Ontario Canada and I'm having trouble finding ICBINB spray.  All I can find is becel.  Will that do?      Eileen

hi eileen...i just went on their website and i would say that it's acceptable, but to be sure, i would need to see their listed ingredients...which is what i think mary would tell you..could you write out the ingredients of the spray?..............niki
ps...i personally love olive oil so much better but i used to use icbinb spray for a long time, also....

Sommerville Where in Ontario do you live.? I live near Ottawa I brought up some I.C.B.N.B. from Florida when I came back. You can get the tub but not the spray.
The Olive Oil Pam Spray is good Great to find another Canadian I also could not find Butter Beans here but bought the large dried Lima beans[White Ones] cooked them myself & they are fine my hubby loves them too

Niki    Here are theingredients for the becel spray      water,soybean oil,xanthan gum, soy lecithin, polysorbit 60, lactic acid,beta-carotine, potassium sorbate, artifical flavour, calcium dissodium edta and citric acid.
