Taco soup

Has anyone made the taco soup(in the book) without the meat? My dh and I love this darn soup(he's not even doing ldl,but he should) but I was going to try it so I had a meatless soup for dinner,if I needed to have something besides fruit.Another question, is it to late to have a fruit smoothie at around 8 pm? when I go to bed around 9.I always loved popcorn,but I'm actually gettin alittle sick of it. Oops,thought of another,I know we can have sf jello,but can we have sf choc pudding?

I haven't tried the taco soup without the meat but I don't see why it wouldn't taste good without it. I made the pizza soup without the meat and it was fine.

Snoopys is making most of the soups without the meat.  She says then she can have them at night and if she is having them for lunch she adds the meat them.
