Can someone let me know how to add the ticker and the smile faces when i send messages and how to track my progress? Thanks Carol

I don't know if you alreay have a ticker. If you don't click on mine and you can create your own. Once you've done  that, go to the profile button. Click on the left hand side (under modify profile I believe) and selecT account forum. Then place the code from your ticker in the signature space (make sure it is bb code). Select apply and you're done!

And for the smileys just select one from the options available when you go to type a message

When you hit reply to respond to someone's post....the smiley's come up right above where you will type.  Then you just click on them to add them where ever you have the cursor.
