I have noticed that w/ some of the recipes using broth, only small amounts are used so I freeze the extra in ice cube trays. Once frozen you can remove them and put into a freezer bag and take out what you need. Just think of the possibilities here :-)

I tend to freeze everything. I make alot and freeze the rest. It sure saves when your not in the mood to cook and your LDL foods are there waiting for you. I have only one slice of the 8 pound meatloaf left. We have eaten alot of LDL meatloaf.
