saving extra broth/stock

Post by malmq »

I have noticed that w/ some of the recipes using broth, only small amounts are used so I freeze the extra in ice cube trays.  Once frozen you can remove them and put into a freezer bag and take out what you need.  Just think of the possibilities here :-)

I tend to freeze everything.  I make alot and freeze the rest.  It sure saves when your not in the mood to cook and your LDL foods are there waiting for you.  I have only one slice of the 8 pound meatloaf left.  We have eaten alot of LDL meatloaf.
