not quite a "newbie" been on since August, just new to the message board posting. I have enjoyed reading and trying new recipes that are on the site, and I have done quite well, as have you all!! CONGRATS on SUCCESS to EVERYONE!! This is something I can live with, and use in my everyday living, its not like a diet, but a way of living.

HELLO ,BLU,,,I  SAW THE  "FIRST" BOOK AT THE CHECK OUT LINE AND THE CAPTION... DROP 12 LBS EVERY WEEK BY CHANGING  A MEAL INTERESTED ME !!!THAT WAS IN JUNE, BUT I DIDN`T START TIL AUG.24,,,BUT WOULD GO BACK AND READ AND REREAD THE ARTICLE,,,,I TOLD THE LORD THAT IT WAS LIKELY  JUST LIKE THE OTHERS I HAVE READ,,,,BUT PRAISE THE LORD,,,THIS ONE WAS DIFFERENT,,,,YOU GOT TO EAT !!!!!!!SOOOO I TOLD MY DH THAT I NEED TO  TEST IT OUT AND,,,,HERE I AM !!,,,28LBS LIGHTER !  NEVER HUNGRY,,,NO CHOCOLATE CRAVINGS,  A "MIRACLE FOR ME" AND I AM TRYING ALL THE RECIPES  FROM EVERYONE,,LOVING IT ALL !! GOD IS WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!!

bingo, I am so glad you have had such good success.

I never got to read the article myself, but a friend told me about
LDL and I checked it out on their website and bought the book
a few days later.  (I wish I could find someone who still had the
article and see if they could scan it and send me a copy.  My
friend threw it away so she couldn't send me one.)

Anyway, as I said earlier, I started LDL on 6/29 and have loved
every minute of it.  I have lost over 60 pounds, which I am
happy with, BUT I still have around 80 pounds to go.  This amount
is daunting at times but I know I can do it with LDL.

My daughter is getting married in June and I would LOVE to have
the 80 pounds off by then....but I know that won't happen if I
lose at the same rate as I have been.  BUT at least I will look a whole
lot better than I would have without LDL.

And, yes, I totally agree that the Lord has been wonderful in allowing
us to find this wonderful new way of eating.  I love that we can eat
until full and love, love, love that we can eat popcorn!!!

Bingo, Welcome.  You have done so well.  It is a smart woe.  I have enjoyed it, and have no plans to ever gain my weight back.  Kathy, whether you have the 80 lbs gone by June, you will be a lot smaller because of LDL.  We do need to thank the Lord for allowing Roger to create it and to share it.    *hug* JF
