You got the idea. Processed "bad", natural "good". And I do miss my grits but I like my size 10 shorts more.

Good for you, Kim. RB Kay s right, the smaller sizes feel so much better than any foods that could change that. I went to Senior night dinner, and so many people wrote LDL down to google. I hadn't been there the last two months because of traveling so several had not seen me since I had lost my last ten which made a big difference. I love the way I feel, and I do look better in my clothes. Thanks to my wonderful Savior for giving me this WOE.

I like eating this way too! I am excited because I look at recipes now and it's pretty easy to figure out if you can change them to become LDL friendly. I appreciate all of the support as well. Gonna weigh in again tomorrow. I will keep everyone posted.
