Grits

Post by kwilliams »

I am guessing grits would not be allowed because they are processed?  :poo:

You got the idea.  Processed "bad", natural "good".  And I do miss my grits but I like my size 10 shorts more.

You are so right!  I was really having a tough time losing before starting this plan.  Now I am averaging about 3.5 pounds a week.

Good for you, Kim.  RB Kay s right, the smaller sizes feel so much better than any foods that could change that.  I went to Senior night dinner, and so many people wrote LDL down to google.  I hadn't been there the last two months because of traveling so several had not seen me since I had lost my last ten which made a big difference.  I love the way I feel, and I do look better in my clothes.  Thanks to my wonderful Savior for giving me this WOE.

I like eating this way too!  I am excited because I look at recipes now and it's pretty easy to figure out if you can change them to become LDL friendly.  I appreciate all of the support as well.  Gonna weigh in again tomorrow.  I will keep everyone posted. :sideways:
