Help!!! encouraging words needed

Hello Everyone, it's me gain.  I have not done LDL for a while, however I know it works.  I am back on board.  I have to read the boards for encouragement.  I will start again from the beginning, because I know this works.  This has been the best eating plan I have ever done and it makes me feel my best when I am eating right.  So I am starting with day one. I will also start a journal.  That helps also. Pray for me because I think I am addicted to sugar. Once I go off the plan, it is hard to return. But I am here giving it another try. Blessing to everyone. I will go back and read all of your encouraging words.  Thanks, I am here again.

Thanks Roger, I needed the encouragement.  I will definitely go back to all of the fruit smoothies and fresh fruit.

The battle is never over - it's not like the problem will go away if we ignore it.  So great that you wanted to return - so many diets we never want to see again!!!
