Oil?

I just noticed that the oil i've been using has 14g of fat...does that matter?

It is recommended that you use Olive Oil for cooking and Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dressings. Always use the smallest amount needed. You still need healthy fats but not to go overboard. We don't count fats since we try to use lowest fat recipes and meats.

The OO Is very healthy for you. Just don;t overdo and you will be fine.

Next time you buy oil, invest in olive oil. I made the switch long before I heard about LDL.
